Rude employees at OneMain Financial
Kimberly at the branch in Idaho works with one main financial was very unprofessional. She didn’t put efforts to get the banking correct. She was supposed to get everything ready for me to just get the paperwork signed and get on my lunch. She couldn’t do anything prepared by my insurance company but cribbed about how difficult they were to work with. She didn’t inform me that I was supposed to call them to provide her with all the paperwork. Since she didn’t set it up for me, I had to wait for 40 mins which got me late to get back to work. I called her the next day to ask her some questions and she gave me short answers and was rude and hung up on me. If you need a loan, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THESE PEOPLE because they will not take good care of you in my opinion.
