Employees at OneMain Financial are Rude & Unprofessional
My experience at Idaho OneMain Financial was horrible as the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no banking etiquette followed at this office. I was supposed to sign a couple of documents and head to work, but because of her complaining, there was no way for me to do that. She told me how hard my insurance company was and refused to prep any documents for me. Because she didn’t inform me about needing to call her, I was stuck waiting over a half hour to be on time.
When I attempted to reach out the following day, I was met with the same rudeness. Customers services did not seem to be a priority for this business. Save yourself the headache because this branch does not treat their customers nicely.
