WHAT IS DRS PROGRAM?
Dispute Resolution Service ( DRS ) Program is custom private service of Reportingscams.com and is optional. We lack the ability to verify the accuracy of complaints or feedback submitted about individuals and businesses. To maintain fairness, we do allow the individual or business to post their response to counter any negative reviews or complaints. We believe a well-crafted response can help clear up false or misleading information.
However, we acknowledge that some individuals seek a neutral evaluation of the content. That’s why we created the DRS Program to provide an impartial review of the evidence and determine the truthfulness of a post.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR THIS DRS PROGRAM?
We believe the fees we have established are reasonable and represent a more cost-effective alternative to retaining a lawyer and undergoing formal legal proceedings. Our staffs are not able to provide their services pro bono, we do require a fee for our time. We charge $499 per complaint.
WHY DRS PROGRAM?
- More affordable than hiring a lawyer and legal court proceedings.
- Faster resolution, usually within 2 – 3 weeks.
- No time restrictions for filing, regardless of the age of the complaint.
- Convenient, entirely electronic with review by experienced, impartial professionals.
WHAT ARE THE OUTCOME OF DRS PROGRAM?
- If the complaint is resolved in the challenger’s favor or found to be false, it will be removed from the search engine, but it will still be kept permanently on our website and not listed in any categories. The Complaint will have the Moderator comment with the DRS Program result.
- If the complaint is resolved in the author’s favor, it will retain its status and be tagged “Verified” and the complaint cannot be challenged again. The Complaint will have the Moderator comment with the DRS Program result.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
-
01.Complainant's Dispute
As the Complainant, you will fill a document called the "Dispute Declaration" to explain what parts of the posted content and related Comment(s) you dispute and why you believe they are incorrect. -
02.Author's Statement
We forward the "Complainant's Dispute Declaration" document to the Author for their participation or for the submission of a responsive declaration. Author has 7 days to reply. -
03.Reply Moderation
We moderate the dispute and counter-statements submitted by both parties. Our evaluation of each party's claims is based on additional evidence ( documents, pictures, legal records etc ) -
04.Evaluation and Outcome
Based on the outcome of the DRS, the post may either be de-indexed ( if the report found to be false ) or revised with a comment from the Moderator, including the DRS Statement.
FAQ's
We have a free option where you can post a response to counter any negative reviews or complaints. This can help clear up false information. But for some, this option isn't enough for them. Hence we have created paid program "DRS" where our staff will help. Keep in mind that they can't work for free and we have to charge a fee for their services.
We allow the WRITER to participate or reply to the Dispute Resolution Service process within 7 business days. If the Writer fails to do so, the decision will automatically be in favor of the Complainant.
Once a complaint is posted, it stays on our website permanently. However, if it is found to be false or inaccurate through our DRS Program, we de-index it ( search engines) and close the comments section with a statement from the Moderator indicating that the report has been identified as false or incorrect through the DRS Program.
The timeline varies based on the writer's participation - if the writer does not respond, the process typically takes 7 days to finish. If the writer does respond, it could take up to 3 weeks to complete the process.
No. The provision of an Author's true identity is not a requirement within the framework of the DRS. However, authors may choose to voluntarily divulge their true identity during the DRS process. If seeking the true identity of an anonymous author, it can be obtained outside of the DRS process. Please refer to Section 1C for further information.
Yes. Decision will be in favor of the complainant.
If the same author post the same complaint or similar content against the complainant after the DRS has ruled in the complainant's favor, we will continue to protect the complainant. However, if a new individual or entity files a complaint against the complainant, the previous DRS protection will no longer be valid.
2. Our program fee are fixed. Hence refrain us sending a negotiation email in regards to the commercial.
