Giampaolo Ienna, a realtor tried to scam me $15000
While I was looking for renting apartments, I came across Giampaolo Ienna through an ex colleague. There was something about him that made me apprehensive. However, his media reputation and coverage gave him a sense of credibility. Only later did I find out his articles were in fact paid for and false.
When I discussed with him, he proposed a couple of properties. As such, we settled on one. However, without wasting any time, he ordered me to pay a $15,000 advance commission because his offer was time sensitive. Post payment, he was completely different. His behavior started to slow down the entire procedure and he started avoiding my requests to cancel his services. In spite of continuous attempts to sever all ties, he turned a blind eye on my concerns. Eager and prepared to take legal steps, I sought to reclaim my money which was given to me, grudgingly, after a month.
This serves as a lesson and warning to whoever is dealing with realtors, bolded, In this case, Giampaolo Ienna. The reality encapsulated behind his exaggeration lifestyle and professionalism is not what is presented which is contrary to what my experiences state.
