Giampaolo Ienna, a realtor tried to scam me $15000
When I was looking for a rental apartment, a former coworker gave me Giampaolo Ienna’s contact information. I was wary at first, but I was intrigued by his internet presence and news stories, which eventually turned out to be paid for and faked. Giampaolo suggested a couple properties after talking with him, and we chose one. But because of his demand for an advance commission and the hurry it created, I had to give him $15000. His actions radically changed after that, continually slowing down the agreement process. After multiple request that we do not want to continue his service, he tend to ignore. I was fed up and ready to sue him for his dishonest actions, and after a month he reluctantly gave my money back.
This is to make others aware that one should be careful while dealing with Realtor especially with Giampaolo Ienna. Do not go by his Lifestyle and fake professionalism. He seems to be professional but he is not.
