I was scammed out of $2,800 for leads that were completely fabricated. I personally called every lead that was provided, and, to my surprise, none of them had actually signed up. Many seemed to be quite perplexed and even frustrated as to why someone would reach out to them asking about selling their house. It was clear that they didn’t submit a request for an agent.
I have called about 6 to 7 leads so far, and every leads’ phone number was out of service. I attempted to reach the company to report the fraud, but they have opted to ignore my messages. I have never encountered a real estate lead company that does not even care to respond to a complaint, let alone try to help.
The only time there was good customer support was when they were attempting to sell a product. Most likely, there is someone who is on the other side, but clearly, only to take payment. When they get your money, poof, they vanish.
