When the goods arrive- if they even arrive- the tracking page is a joke to begin with. The goods look as if they were packages off the street and I can only assume they originate from China.
Its been two months since I placed an order and the tracking hasn’t budged a single bit in the last month. At this stage, the chances of me seeing these goods ever come in appear to be none.
Responses from “Sincere Sally” come in the form of automated replies that feel quite patronizing, as opposed to answering my questions. They also keep assigning the delays to the pandemic.
After reading other complains. I am now convinced I will never receive my order. So that others do not fall into this trap, I have commented on this page and reported it as a scam.
