Utahjobs.gov accused me of fraud for quitting a job didn’t pay me
I was immediately employed for a job in Utah, a state where slavery is permitted. I was assured that I would get paid. They asserted that their time clock wasn’t operating properly, though. They told me they didn’t have a cheque for me when payday arrived, so I left. I vowed not to work until I was compensated. I tried to explain to Victoria that the corporation didn’t want to pay me because they saw me as a slave while filing for unemployment benefits. Victoria was also informed that I had complained to the Utah Labour Commission. According to Utah Unemployment, I committed fraud, thus they won’t give me unemployment. They said that because I never received a paycheck, I must repay money that I did not earn. This is malcious prosecution.
