US Lawdesk and John J. Keller misconducts
This is a fraud claim made against John J. Keller, a 77-year-old independent contractor working as a legal writer and researcher on UPWORK (upwork.com). I appointed Keller to work on a legal project, but problems arose. Keller missed deadlines, made unauthorised changes, invoiced for work that was never completed, and produced nothing of value. Although Keller was asked by a friend of mine to refund the money, when he refused to do so, I filed a dispute which Keller did not comply. Keller has a history of professional wrongdoing, including being disbarred and found guilty of fraud, according to further study. In light of Keller’s dishonest actions, contract violations, falsification of work records, and inability to deliver services, the complainant asks for a complete refund. It is recommended to stay away from Keller and his company due to his misconduct and looting his clients.
