Ruby lane allowing sellers to resell items purchased from artists

These sellers on Ruby Lane are criminals who buy dolls and other items elsewhere and take credit for them without giving credit to the artist. Rubylane allows sellers to list artist dolls and dolls that were not manufactured by them but rather by other artists. When you email Ruby Lane about a copywrite violation, they reply with a bunch of gibberish and tell you to contact the seller. Well, I did, and the seller doesn’t give a damn. She was contacted by phone and email and informed that she had been reported. Too frequently, these thieves steal from artists by purchasing their works on Etsy, eBay, or other marketplaces, then reselling them.
