KENNY CONLEY hired us to fix the foundation at 5617 BONNIE WAYNE ST.HALTOM CITY,TX 76117 on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

He was required to pay the remaining $1,900.00 when the work was finished.
He requested that we email him the city permit and the engineer report so that he could make the entire payment, thus we did. The work is completely finished, and the individual is no longer returning calls, texts, or emails. He is dodging us and running away. He started to hide, but I had documented his commitment to pay us once he had the report and the city permit.
His website contains a bogus phone number, which is also displayed on this Google page. The background noise of the caller can be heard.
DO NOT BELIEVE THESE GUYS
When I went to speak with the homeowner, she informed me that Kenny Conley from RCCM GROUP CORPORATION had received complete payment. VERIFY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS OR SOCIAL MEDIA.
They are definitely con artists.

I hired LUIS OROZCO to complete a foundation job for us..
As in construction permits & an inspection should be pulled before any work is performed.
WHAT LUIS HAVE NOT MENTION: WE PAID HIM A DEPOSITE OF $1,900.00
The total job including permit & inspection report was $3,800.00
Luis went out the next day without pulling a permit and completed the work. The same day he requested for the balance.
Which we were fine to pay, I told Luis to send over the invoice including the permit & inspection report. Luis stated he had no permit pulled or inspection report.
Luis stated that he did not have the money for the permit or inspection report. That he’ll need to be paid the balance first.
The Ceo of RCCMGROUP CORP stated that we can’t issue payment before receiving the documents.
LUIS HAS NOT STATED THE TRUTH: Every time he called, text, or email there was a response. Maybe not what he wanted to hear. THIS TECH IS BAD FOR BUSINESS…
NOTE: ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS PROVIDE THE DOCUMNETS AS STATED IN THE CONTRACT. (HE WOULD’VE BEEN PAID)
HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH…. HE CALLED THE TENANT EVERY OTHER DAY TO HARASSE HER. Demanding payment from her, when she has nothing to do with payment.
STILL NO PERMIT or INSPECTION report.
5 MONTHS LATER LUIS then, provided payment.
NOTE: LUIS WAS THEN PAID THE BALANCE
