Ovation Property at Madera Apartments will charge you with false accusation
I have had issues with Ovation Property at Madera Apartments where I lived with a roommate for over 13 years. We were charged false damages by the property manager, which we had to pay to move out. I managed to pay the charges and moved out of the apartment but the manager then charged us $1,900 for false damages. This time I was prepared with proof of no damages and our renter’s insurance covered $500 of the charges. The manager also attempted to illegally evict us during the pandemic and succeeded in evicting some of their neighbors. I have sought legal help to fight the charges and eviction attempts.
