Octapharma Plasma Corp owner Wolfgang Marguerre is a Criminal

I recently had a pretty awful experience with the store in Santa Fe Springs, California. The employees have been unhelpful and dishonest, leaving me with the impression that I have been blacklisted for reasons unknown to me.

After taking my blood sample, they claimed I needed a transfer to North Carolina for further testing because my protein levels were low. Them wanting to transfer me out was more than suggestive. Since the center is more than capable of doing its own testing, I found this hard to believe. I called the provided number, which lead me to a call center where the agent had no clue about the situation and was completely useless.

To make matters worse, each time I tried to call the center, I was informed that there was absolutely no way for me to talk to a management. All of the managers here seem to be evading me, one in particular who I knew would give me an update but never followed through. She deceived me when I saw her claim she was sending anything to North Carolina.

I truly think that the Santa Fe facility should have the capacity to carry out blood tests, and their explanations are nothing but smoke screens. The center’s idleness during the past few months may be due to this unethical conduct. They are spreading misinformation and abusing contributors. Additionally, it is strange how they raised the donations only to slash the reward by $50 at the same time.

I personally witnessed several signs of neglect, such as a broken window and other cases of employee ineptitude when it came to machine configuration and failure to provide necessary saline. This treatment needs to stop.

Today, when I tried to call the Santa Fe branch, the calls were being answered by an Indiana call center and the representative Darrin refused to let me speak to any supervisor. The lack of responsibility is appalling.

Given their treatment of me, I told Darrin that I want to go on the air and file a story. They should face the consequences of their work. Also, based on the poor Google reviews, there seems to be deeply rooted incompetence and deceit. I have no doubt that Wolfgang, the owner, should be charged in law court.

Overall, the treatment of donations at the Santa Fe Springs site is appalling. It is quite disconcerting to witness the lack of responsibility and transparency. To ensure that this matter is properly dealt with, I will contact the owner and follow up on this matter.
