IMOTORS LLC is took my money!
Deposited $400.00 on a 2009 Ford Fusion. The vehicle was unavailable, they told us the following day, and they had replaced us to a 2012 Ford Focus, which cost $2,000 extra. After being delayed by two days, we went to pick it up the next day and were told that it wasn’t ready because of emissions testing. The call came as we were on our way to pick it up. When I got home, one of my dear friends told me he would sell me a car for $2500 with only 34000 miles on it. I accepted the arrangement and called IMOTORS right away to let them know I was changing my mind about the car. At no time were we informed the deposit to hold the car was nonrefundable. We’re an older couple in our late sixties living on social security.
