How Aspen Dentals run unethically
I bought complete upper and lower partial dentures from Aspen Dental in Rincon, Georgia, in 2019. The dentures I received have never fit properly despite my explicit instructions, which results in ongoing agony and difficulty.
I went back to Aspen Dental on June 8, 2023 in the hopes of getting my dentures fitted better. Given that there was no improvement after the modification, I was startled to learn that I had to pay $90 for it. Given that the initial problem was brought on by the dentures not being properly fitted at the time of purchase, this price seemed especially unfair.
Aspen Dental gave me a $211 bill during the same appointment for upcoming cleaning and fillings that were planned for August. I was requested to make an advance payment for these services before I ever received them. Pre-billing for services that haven’t even been provided is something I find to be very unethical.
I’m notifying you of this problem to get a personal resolution; rather, I’m doing it to spread awareness of the unethical business practises I came across at Aspen Dental. I think it’s important for potential clients to be informed about these issues so they can choose wisely. By drawing attention to these problems, I aim to prevent similar complaints from future clients and to encourage Aspen Dental to reevaluate and enhance their procedures.
