DO NOT deal with Royal York Property Management
Please be extremely cautious when dealing with the Trick organization!! My involvement with Royal York property management has been a complete nightmare, and I believe that everyone should be awar of my story.
Initially, RYPM approached me with a seemingly profitable proposal to lease my condo, led by their representative, EJ. They were positive and assured me that their services were top-notch. Reluctantly, I agreed to let them handle my property, believing it would be a beneficial partnership.
However, upon signing the contract with the local Windsor agent, I quickly realized my grave mistake. RYPM had not been honest about their intentions. Instead of assisting me, they trapped me in a web of unfair legal practices.
It became evident that their primary goal was to benefit themselves, regardless of my well-being. They exploited their knowledge of the law to exploit loopholes and manipulate the agreement in their favor. When I attempted to terminate the contract due to their unprofessionalism and dishonesty, they were uncooperative and outright refused to release me from the agreement.
It felt like I was being held hostage by a company that had no regard for my success or the integrity of our agreement. The entire experience left me feeling helpless and betrayed.
The lack of transparency and ethical behavior exhibited by RYPM is truly deplorable. They took advantage of my trust and used unfair tactics to their advantage, placing me in a very difficult and frustrating situation.
I strongly advise anyone considering working with RYPM to think twice. Their deceptive methods and willingness to exploit legal loopholes make them a company to avoid at all costs. I deeply regret ever getting involved with them and hope that others can avoid the horrible experience I faced.
Please spread this message as much as possible to prevent innocent people from being scammed.
