Beware of Paytient’s false benefits and Policies

I was more than satisfied until Paytient ceased its service with Paw Protect and transferred over to our pet insurance. It is very annoying that people were conned into a certain policy with an amazing perk only to have it snatched away. The benefit I used to like the most about them is gone! Paytient should have had the decency to grandfather existing customers, but of course, they did not. Since the policy can be yanked at any given moment, I will not depend or trust anything associated with them.

This also includes a friend of mine who was affected greatly. A friend of mine also had a terrible time with with. His monthly payment commenced at $39, a barely survivable rate for someone unemployed, then all of a sudden they inexplicably started billing him $145 every two weeks. Now, unemployed, he has to suffer through unnecessary fees. Banks should not be able to charge such excessive fees for something like $35.
