BAWA Construction Group took money and never delivered
This business is a scam. On April 4th, 2023, I made a contract with Bawa Construction Group to construct a retaining wall, a patio, and a walkway. I made a $9700 down payment for the acquisition of materials at their demand. According to the contract, the job will be finished in two weeks. They did not begin the work or deliver the materials to the site until mid-June 2023. They provided us with a variety of justifications, including poor weather, a labour shortage, delays on other sites, equipment breakdowns, and even a death in the family. I continuously requested the owner to deliver the materials I paid for or refund my money, but to no avail. They are currently not even returning calls, emails, or texts. I’m going to sue them, hire an attorney, and report them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.
Avoid this firm because they steal your money and deliver nothing.
