aven.com is not a real credit card company
This credit card company is not real. Beware!!! Never do business with Aven! In New York City, my card was either lost or stolen, and the thief used my credit card money on a $5,000 shopping spree. We reported it and blocked the credit card. After two months, they reply to me, claiming that they have “investigated” and obtained a police report. They also claim that we are lying and that we must pay the $5,000. I travelled to First Precinct Battery Park and spent a whole day filling out a police report in New York City. After receiving it the responed that “No, you shouldn’t have waited that long to file a police report so you still have to pay the $5000 that someone stole from you,”. The only customer support they offer is from Mitch, who is a very limited English speaker, and you have to schedule a time to talk to her days in advance. We will be suing this organisation because they are a fraud and a scam, the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
