America’s Car Mart sold me a damaged car
I had the worst experience with Car Mart and was sold a 2009 Hyundai with multiple issues, including an obstructed rear window, seat belt problems, oil leaks, and an engine with no oil. After several attempts to have the vehicle fixed, I was still left with problems, including a broken hood and missing under shield. I spoke to a mechanic who found multiple codes, including a stuck torque converter. Two months later, the alternator went out and Car Mart refused to pay for it. I had to pay for the repairs out of my pocket, despite never being late on payments for three years. Car Mart is a fraud and should be held accountable for their actions.
